Getting Started with FitKeep

FitKeep helps you keep a private, long-term record of your training data.

What you can do with FitKeep

  • Back up your activities from FIT files
  • Connect supported services for automatic sync
  • View route maps, pace, heart rate, elevation, and cadence
  • Track your best efforts across standard distances
  • Set goals and monitor your progress over time

Step 1: Create your account

Sign up with email/password or Google, then verify your email.

Step 2: Add your first activity

There are two ways to get your activities into FitKeep:

Option A: Connect Garmin for automatic sync If you use a Garmin device, this is the easiest path. Connect your Garmin account under Settings → Integrations and new activities will appear in FitKeep automatically. FitKeep can also pull in your last 30 days of history right away. For your full back catalog, you will need to do a one-time manual export from Garmin Connect.

See: Connect Garmin and Sync Automatically

Option B: Upload FIT files manually For Coros, Wahoo, Zwift, and any other device, upload FIT files directly. This is more work, but it is the only option for devices that do not yet have an automatic sync integration with FitKeep. You can upload individual FIT files or a ZIP archive of many files at once.

Step 3: Review your dashboard

Use your dashboard to check recent activity, personal records, and progress toward goals. See Your Dashboard for a breakdown of every section.
