Add Coros Activities to FitKeep
FitKeep does not yet support automatic Coros sync. We are working on it, but for now the only way to bring Coros activities into FitKeep is a manual bulk export.
Step 1: Request a bulk data export from Coros
Coros lets you download all of your activity data as a ZIP file containing FIT files.

The export may take a few minutes to prepare. Coros will notify you when it is ready to download.
Step 2: Upload the FIT files to FitKeep
Once you have the ZIP file:
- Go to the Upload page in FitKeep
- Drop the ZIP file directly onto the upload area — FitKeep will extract and import all FIT files inside it
- Wait for processing to complete
You do not need to unzip the file first. FitKeep handles that automatically.
Keeping your history up to date
Coros does not allow us to sync new activities automatically. Until that changes, the best approach is to do a fresh export every few months and upload it. FitKeep automatically skips duplicates, so re-uploading activities that are already in your account is safe.
