Read Your Activity Details
Each activity opens onto a detail page with charts, a route map, and lap-by-lap insights. This guide explains what you’re looking at and how to dig in.
Charts and map
- Route map — your GPS track, with a full-screen view a tap away on mobile. On desktop the map stays in view as you scroll.
- Pace profile — see how your speed changed from start to finish
- Elevation — syncs with the map as you hover, ideal for trail runs and hikes
- Heart rate — with a per-zone breakdown of time spent at each intensity
Explore a specific section
- Brush the navigator strip to zoom into any range of the activity
- Heart rate, pace, and elevation charts share your selection, so zooming into one section lines everything up across all charts
- Click or hover a lap to highlight that segment across every chart and on the map
Hide standstills
Toggle hide standstills to focus on moving time. Your stats update to match what you actually ran, ride, or moved — excluding time spent stopped at lights, aid stations, or rest breaks.
Edit an activity
To rename an activity, tap the edit icon next to the activity title. You can give it a custom name to make it easier to find later. The name appears in your activity list and on the detail page.
AI activity summary
Select the summary button on an activity to generate a short written recap of the effort. FitKeep uses your pace, heart rate, and elevation data to describe how the activity went. This is generated on demand and is not stored permanently.
Cleaner data
FitKeep filters noisy GPS and elevation spikes and smooths outliers, so your charts reflect the effort rather than sensor glitches.
