Your Dashboard
The dashboard is your training overview. It surfaces recent activity, long-term totals, goal progress, and personal records in one place.
Activity summary
At the top of the dashboard you’ll see summary cards for the last 7 days and last 30 days:
- Distance — total distance across all activities in the period
- Trend — how that compares to the same period before it (up or down)
- Active days — how many days you moved in the last 7 days
- 7-day chart — a bar chart of daily distances, with a tooltip on each bar showing the breakdown by activity
Latest activity
A card showing your most recent activity. Tap or click it to open the full detail view.
Goals
Your active goals appear here with progress bars. For time-bound goals, a marker shows the expected pace to reach your target by the deadline — so you can tell at a glance whether you’re ahead or behind. See Set Goals and Track Your Progress for more.
Best efforts
Your fastest times at standard distances are listed here. As you add more activities, FitKeep automatically updates your records. See Understand Personal Records and Best Efforts for more.
Lifetime stats
At the bottom of the dashboard, a strip shows your all-time totals:
- Total distance
- Total number of activities
- Total moving time
- Total elevation gain
These update each time you add an activity.
